The winery was established in 1976 by Aimé Sabon. He returned from his military service and took over the vineyards from his father. His passion for wine led him to convert a portion of their family property into a winemaking facility. Together with his wife, he had devoted his heart and soul to developing this winery, and their efforts were rewarded with resounding success.

Perched upon rocky terrains, the vineyard basks in the generous Provencal sunshine and revels in the Rhône river's cooling influences.
