Product Notes

Tahbilk Marsanne is an exquisite vintage from Australia's oldest winery, noted for its distinctive character. It tenderly combines complex flavours of lemon, green apple, and honeysuckle, producing a vibrant, yet subtle tropical fruit profile. Enhanced by nuances of minerals and herbs, it brims with a delightful freshness and a lengthy finish. The wine's body is medium, crisp, and intricately balanced, echoing the richness of the Marsanne grape. Its pale golden hue and finely textured acidity induce an unforgettable experience. Suitable for vegans, Tahbilk Marsanne can be savoured alone or accompanied by a fine dish, seamlessly complementing its luscious palette.

Tasting Notes

Grapefruit zest and citrus floral aromas are carried through to a decidedly lively, mineral palate complemented by pear, Granny Smith apple and citrus fruits. Delicious with white fish baked in a lemon butter sauce.
