Product Notes

Trinity Hill Gimblett Gravels Marsanne/Viognier blend is an exquisite white wine hailing from New Zealand's renowned Hawke's Bay region. A palate boasting luscious peach, apricot, honey blend beautifully with delicate floral notes in its Marsanne component. This is complemented further by the Viognier, adding a hint of spice and richness. It is sophisticated, softly textured, expressing layers of balanced flavour. The wine's elegant finish makes it an enticing option for refined dining. Its complex aromatic profile is a testament to excellent winemaking technique, while its intensity and depth reflect the gravely terroir where the vines thrive.

Tasting Notes

The Viognier provides exotic aromatics of apricot, musk and jasmine and a luscious texture. Marsanne provides gentle honeysuckle flavours as well as structure and tension to balance the fullness of the Viognier.
