Auntsfield Estate Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc wine captivates with its distinct flavour profile and high-quality make. From the heart of New Zealand's renowned Marlborough region, this blessed vintage is a divine fusion of tropical fruit, ripe citrus, and a hint of savoury passion fruit. The palate is led by intense flavours, underscored by a refined seam of minerality and vibrant acidity. Deeply aromatic, it boasts a lingering crisp finish that exhibits the perfect balance. It is a brilliant match for meals with seafood or white meat. Truly, it reflects the inherent elegance of the celebrated Sauvignon Blanc grape.

Tasting Notes

Pale straw colour. Aroma- Intense and pure aromas of fresh passionfruit, and ripe citrus. Notes of dried herbs, mandarin peel and fresh floral notes give intensity to the aromatics. Palate - Powerful, tight and elegant. This wine displays intense ripe fruit flavours of passionfruit and white peach, and tropical fruits with fresh citrus and citrus peel. The palate has intense concentration and generous weight, balanced by an underlying minerality and tight structure to shape a wine with lively tension and textural balance.
