UK DELIVERY

Our delivery charges for the UK.

  • UK deliveries will be made by APC, DHL or Interlink. The price for which is £6.95 for six to 12 bottles. The price for any additional 12 bottles or part thereof will be a further £6.95 when ordered at the same time.

  • For delivery to outlying islands including Northern Ireland, the Shetlands, the Isle of Wight & the Isle of Man the costs increase to £15.00 for 6 bottles & £25.00 for 12 bottles. The price for any cases of 6-12 bottles ordered during the same transaction will be £15.00.

Timing of shipment delivery.

We aim to deliver all orders within the UK in 2-3 workings days. Due to the large number of wines listed and with vintages constantly changing, occasionally wines will take 3-7 days to be delivered. In this instance will try and contact you directly. Shipment to UK islands can also take slightly longer (3-5 days) though we will again aim for 2-3 days.

We work hard to keep our lists up to date, however by the very nature of wine and vintage changes that are constantly rolling out. On occasion we will have a vintage that differs from that listed, in this instance we will confirm with you if the new year is acceptable, and if not we will issue a full refund or provide an agreed alternative.

Should you require your wine more quickly or for a specific date/event then please contact us directly or leave a note on your order.

The 2 – 3 days begins from the day ordered prior to 1pm. Once an order has been placed, you will receive confirmation to your registered email.

Instance where no one is home to receive the goods.

Should no one be home, the courier will leave a card informing of their visit. This will contain all the details to arrange for delivery again at a more suitable time. Alternatively, you can authorise the courier to leave the parcel either somewhere safe e.g. in a shed or garage or with a neighbour (please specify neighbour number) In the instance where this authorisation is given, all responsibility is taken by you the buyer should the wine go missing once delivery has been made.)

Can wines be returned.

Yes, we work hard to provide quality products at quality prices, and as such will accept returns of products up to 28 days from delivery if you are not completely happy. In this instance we will issue a refund or provide an agreed alternative.

Returned items must be in a saleable condition and any packaging in the condition received. Both of which will be considered when making a refund (this does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods).

If returning an item please contact us at info@justincases.co.uk. If broken in transit please take a picture and notify us.

Important additional information. All returns must be sent 30 days from receipt with an explanation of reason for return. Unless broken, damaged or incorrect shipping fees are non refundable.


DELIVERY TO THE EUROPEAN UNION

Our delivery charges for the EU.

UK deliveries will be made by DHL or Interlink. The price are as follows:

£15 per case of 6 or 12 bottles to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Monaco or Netherlands. It is a further £15 for any further case of 6 or 12 ordered at the same time.

£20 per case of 6 or 12 to Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. It is £20 for any additional case of 6 or 12 ordered at the same time.

£35 per case of 6 or 12 bottles to Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Serbia, Switzerland. It is a further £35 for any case of 6 or 12 bottles ordered at the same point.

We only ship to European mainland addresses. We do not deliver to European islands.
