Timing of shipment delivery.
We aim to deliver all orders within the UK in 2-3 workings days. Due to the large number of wines listed and with vintages constantly changing, occasionally wines will take 3-7 days to be delivered. Shipment to UK islands can also take slightly longer (3-5 days) though we will again aim for 2-3 days.
We work hard to keep our lists up to date, however by the very nature of wine and vintage changes that are constantly rolling out. On occasion, we will have a vintage that differs from that listed, in this instance, we will confirm with you if the new year is acceptable, and if not we will issue a full refund or provide an agreed alternative.
Should you require your wine more quickly or for a specific date/event then please contact us directly or leave a note on your order.
The 2 – 3 days begins from the day ordered prior to 1 pm. Once an order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation to your registered email.
An instance where no one is home to receive the goods.
Should no-one be home, the courier will leave a card informing of their visit. This will contain all the details to arrange for delivery again at a more suitable time. Alternatively, you can authorize the courier to leave the parcel either somewhere safe e.g. in a shed or garage or with a neighbour (please specify neighbour number) In the instance where this authorisation is given, all responsibility is taken by you the buyer should the wine go missing once delivery has been made.)
Can wines be returned?
Yes, we work hard to provide quality products at quality prices, and as such will accept returns of products up to 28 days from delivery if you are not completely happy. In this instance, we will issue a refund or provide an agreed alternative.
Returned items must be in a saleable condition and any packaging in the condition received. Both of which will be considered when making a refund (this does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods).
If returning an item please contact us. If broken in transit please take a picture and notify us.
Important additional information: All returns must be sent 30 days from receipt with an explanation of the reason for return. Unless broken, damaged or incorrect shipping fees are non-refundable.
We only ship to European mainland addresses. We do not deliver to the European islands.
