Product Notes

Bodegas LAN Rioja Gran Reserva is a delightful Spanish wine originating from northern Spain's esteemed Rioja region. The refined palate can discern a perceptive mix of ripe red fruits, spicy notes, and hints of tobacco, exquisitely underpinned by subtle oak. Created from Tempranillo, Garnacha, and Mazuelo grape varieties, this indulgent wine exudes opulence with its deep ruby hue and longevity. Aged in both American and French oak barrels, combined with bottle ageing, it offers a notable complexity. Bodegas LAN Rioja Gran Reserva leaves aficionados enchanted with a lasting and pleasing finish. It’s an optimal choice for those seeking a luxurious, full-bodied wine experience.

Tasting Notes

Garnet in colour, with ruby hues. On the nose, aromas of ripe red fruits and liquorice combine with vanilla, smoke and cinnamon, the result of the extended oak ageing, and tertiary aromas of leather and tobacco from prolonged bottle ageing. On the palate the wine is full bodied and round, with velvety tannins and a crisp acidity which balances the intense flavours and carries them onto the lingering finish.
