Product Notes

Cleto Chiarli Vecchia Modena Lambrusco Sorbara is an exquisite red sparkling wine hailing from Modena, Italy. Noted for its vibrantly ruby-red tone and captivating effervescence, it perfectly harmonizes deep hints of red fruits and floral undertones. On the palate, it's dry, fresh, and elegantly full-bodied with a pleasant tart finish. Equally impressive is the enticing aroma, which serves up a delightful bouquet of violets and strawberries. Paired impeccably with authentic Italian cuisine, this wine represents the epitome of Lambursco Sorbara, demonstrating Chiarli's well-established winemaking heritage. A sublime choice for discerning wine connoisseurs and those seeking a taste of Italian refinement.

Tasting Notes

Deep ruby red, with a light and colored froth. The nose reveals notes of wild berries and blackberries. On the palate it is vigorous, deep, characterized by a nice freshness. The powerful acidity accompanies and balances the salinity flavor making the taste vertical but at the same time full. Vecchia Modena Premium is a pretty, pinkish red color with rosy florals that give way to wild strawberry and hints of tangerine. This is finely etched and full of salty tension, peppering the senses with mineral-tinged cherries and savory spice. It leaves the mouth salivating for more through the long tart-berry finale.
