Product Notes

Domaine Champalou Vouvray Sec Le Portail is an exquisite French wine hailing from the Loire Valley. Its distinct mineral undertones fused with vibrant citrus notes lend a beautiful complexity. On the palate, it unfolds subtly with a smooth, almost velvety finish. The unique terroir of Vouvray imparts an undeniable richness, amplified by hints of green apples and white peaches. With a moderate acidity, this wine maintains a superb balance between dry and fruity characteristics. Domaine Champalou’s Vouvray Sec Le Portail can add an air of sophistication to any dinner table or special occasion. Enjoy a bottle and savour the very essence of traditional French winemaking.

Tasting Notes

Le Portail is a gastronomic wine- its fullness, opulence and fruity aromas balance each other delightfully with Crustaceans, such as the lobsters and scallops, just as with white meats and delicately spiced fish. Do not hesitate to serve Le Portail alongside a plate of cheese.
