Product Notes

Graci Etna Rosato DOC is a remarkable Sicilian wine, flaunting an appealing pale salmon hue. The nose conveys a vibrant mix of citrus, ripe red fruits, and volcanic minerality, typical of Etna's terroir. A sip reveals a refreshing acidity paired with persistent fruit flavours, offering a delightful balance on the palate. This rosé wine, crafted from local variety Nerello Mascalese, is matured in stainless steel tanks to retain its crisp character. Graci Etna Rosato DOC is a fragrant and elegant rosé; its pitch-perfect natural acidity making it an ideal companion to seafood dishes or light appetisers.

Tasting Notes

The Etna Rosato is 100% Nerello Mascalese and is pale salmon colour, obtained from direct pressing and without any skin maceration. Lovely nose, very elegant and marine and savoury, with just a slight hint of wild strawberry and pink grapefruit. On the palate, the wine is saline and expressive, showing nectarine, hints of rhubarb and red apple skin
