Product Notes

Yering Station Reserve Chardonnay, hailing from Australia's Yarra Valley, is a magnificent embodiment of opulence and vibrancy. This exceptional wine boasts an intense yet balanced bouquet of lemon zest and white peach, intricately laced with delicate hints of French oak. On the palate, it presents a spectacular dance of crisp acidity and profound depth, underpinned by notes of brioche and toasty almond. It's an enchanting, superbly structured Chardonnay with an impressive longevity, truly paying homage to the mastery of its winemakers, and an embodiment of the region's terroir.

Tasting Notes

Almond brioche and lovely lemon zest intensity with subtle oak spice, mineral backbone. Fruit centre is complex and lively. Grapefruit nashi pear and vanilla cream combine with lip-smacking acidity to give an intricate yet seamless purity.
