At 282 metres above sea level, the vines enjoy a cool climate, giving this wine a remarkable freshness. Its inviting nose full of crisp green apple and nuanced elderflower notes leads to a palate layered with zesty citrus, tangy gooseberry and a mineral undertone. With a lively acidity and long, lingered finish, it is biodynamically crafted, organic, and vegan-friendly.
