Product Notes

Hailing from Australia's McLaren Vale, Mollydooker's The Violinist Verdelho is a spectacular white wine. Laden with vibrant tropical fruit flavours, this Verdelho exhibits an alluring bouquet of lemon zest, juicy mango, and pineapple. The repertoire continues on the palate, introducing a melange of succulent fruit flavours, well-balanced acidity and a creamy, resonant finish. Fermented with American and French oak, The Violinist has developed a unique complexity, making it a wine of notable distinction. Ideal for celebrations or enjoying with a light lunch, Mollydooker's Verdelho is profoundly delightful. Altogether, it's a pleasurable orchestra of flavours for the discerning palette.

Tasting Notes

Aromas of pineapple and lychee combine with vanilla to create a creamy mouth-feel that is reminiscent of the French Oak it is aged in. Toasty coconut and hints of honeysuckle linger on the palate creating a long and seamless finish.
