Crafted using predominately Pinot Bianco grapes, it reveals complex aromas of ripe fruits, almond, and vanilla. The flavour boasts a perfect balance of acidity and creaminess, conjuring notes of peach, apricot, honey, and salted butter on the palate. The wine exhibits impressive ageing potential, refining its nuanced characteristics over time. It is perfect for pairing with a multitude of dishes, including fish, poultry, and cheese. This sublime vinous creation encapsulates Livio Felluga's craftsmanship and passion for viticulture.

Tasting Notes

Intense bright yellow. On the nose, the wine is fragrant, elegant and intense with aromas of magnolia, jasmine and camellia with fruity hints of apricots, coconut, almond milk, vanilla pods and sweet spices. On the palate, it is full and compact showing hints of yellow apple, apricots, honeydew melon and papaya. The finish is creamy with a touch of sour.
