Product Notes

Tahbilk Cabernet Sauvignon is a robust Australian wine imbued with intense varietal characteristics. Displaying a deep, rich hue, it captivates the palette with tantalising flavours of blackcurrant and hints of eucalyptus. The oaky undertones from French oak ageing add a complex layer, creating a well-rounded finish. The aroma enthralls with a vibrant blend of lush fruit and a touch of mint. Compared to its peers, one will find that this full-bodied wine has the cellar longevity, positioning it amongst some of the best wines for ageing. Tahbilk Cabernet Sauvignon is indeed an exquisite vino for true oenophiles.

Tasting Notes

Distinctive cassis, dark plum and mulberry notes are enhanced by nuances of Asian 5 spice, mint and touches of mocha. Deliciously approachable now, a ripe tannic grip underpins the fruit and leads to a hint of spice on the persistent finish.
