Zensa Nero d'Avola Appassimento Terre Siciliane IGT Organic Wine is a distinctive Sicilian offering, producing an intense experience brimming with rustic charm. Crafted from organically grown Nero d'Avola grapes, this wine undergoes the traditional Appassimento process, lending it depth and complexity. Its robust character is manifest in its deep ruby colour, earthy aromas, and flavours of black cherry and ripe plum. Hints of warm spices and chocolate are also present, underlined by a well-balanced acidity. Tasting Notes

The wine shows a very intense bouquet of fruits like cherries, prunes and blackcurrants. On the palate it is powerful and intense, yet approachable, giving you a great depth of fruit and intense flavours. Velvety and smooth with a long and persistent finish. Perfect with rich pasta dishes, lamb, and stews.
