Product Notes

Chateau Léoube Le Secret de Léoube Côtes de Provence wine is an exquisite blend of old Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon, offering a superb depth of flavour. It boasts a delicate, almost ethereal character with inviting notes of wild strawberries, fresh rose petals and clove, while nuances of cherry pit provide an underlying savoury tone. The palate is treated to silky textures, beautifully balanced by a refreshing mineral acidity. Adding to its allure, this wine has a lovely pale, blush colour, reminiscent of Provence's romantic sunsets. Matured in oak barrels, its sophistication and elegance make it a delightful indulgence.

Tasting Notes

Distinctly pale and with the most delicate of pear aromas, this dry rose wine is assured and effortless, remarkable for its texture and sensation in the mouth. Made from lower yields, it is delicately scented, cool and yet underlaid with slightly more exotic aromas that betray its Provençal origins – herbs, fennel, a touch of aniseed. It is finely textured (Thanks to the Cabernet Sauvignon), persistent and warming, without being overtly alcoholic. Above all, there is a freshness, a hint of white pepper, which balances the fruit on the palate, ensuring a dry, mouthwatering finish.
