Cloof Inkspot showcases the dark, alluring side of South African wines. This eclectic blend of Shiraz, Pinotage, Cinsault, and Cabernet Sauvignon presents a complex assortment of flavours. Intense graphite and spicy black fruit notes ebb and flow from the first aroma. On the palate, deep tones of ripe cherries, plums, and a hint of black pepper provide a robust taste. These flavours are balanced by traces of dark chocolate and oak, stemming from 18 months in French oak barrels.
