Product Notes

Domaine Champalou Vouvray Les Fondraux is an utterly delightful wine hailing from France's Loire Valley. It boasts an inviting straw-yellow hue, with a rich, full-bodied character. Seductive hints of ripe orchard fruit, honey, and a subtle minerality grace the palate, followed by a crisp, acid-driven finish that lingers. Born from Chenin Blanc grapes, this white wine's unique semi-dry style balances sweetness and acidity superbly. The wine's maturation in oak lends an extra warmth and depth. Elegant and refreshing, a bottle of Domaine Champalou Vouvray Les Fondraux is simply splendid to savour, pairing perfectly with an array of seafood or poultry dishes.

Tasting Notes

Fondraux is our off-dry balance. They always contain residual sugars which provide a tasty and concentrated entry. The register of white flowers stands out, offering a balance combining freshness, roundness, minerality and liveliness
