Tasting Note

Deep garnet red with an expressive nose of ripe cherry, blackberry and dark plum, complemented by liquorice, dried herbs and subtle spice. The palate is concentrated yet fresh, with generous dark and red fruit framed by fine, silky tannins. Savoury, earthy nuances and discreet French oak add complexity without overwhelming the fruit. Structured and elegant, with excellent freshness carrying through to a long, intense finish of ripe berries, spice and liquorice.
