Tasting Note

It's classy, elegant and fresh with very clean aromas and flavors, not lacking concentration or power. There is superb definition and purity here; it has to be the finest and most elegant Dofí to date.

Product Notes

Álvaro Palacios Finca Dofi wine is a tantalising taste of Spain's Priorat region. Delicate, yet complex, its palate boasts an abundance of ripe red fruits, with distinct notes of plum and blackberry, exquisitely mingled with hints of minerals and spice. Agile on the tongue, it presents a luscious, enveloping mouthfeel balanced by a vibrant acidity. Aged in French oak barrels, it gains a hint of toasted vanilla, adding depth to its flavour. The wine's character remains true to the local Garnacha grape, yet is uniquely enriched with a mélange of striking international varietals. A truly exceptional wine, indeed.
