A palate, abundant with flavours of stone fruits with a touch of spice, elevates the wine's depth. The lengthy maturation on lees contributes to its complexity, alongside a mineral finish. Hand-harvested from old vines, the Garganega grapes undergo careful vinification to express the unique terroir of the volcanic hills of Soave. Intriguingly aromatic with excellent structure and superb acidity, Anselmi Capitel Croce wine is a seducing reflection of Venetian artistry.
