Conjuring an aromatic array of tropical fruits, cut grass, and ripe gooseberry, it cements its presence. On the palate, it teases with zesty lime, passion fruit and nettle, morphing into profound minerality exuding from the stony, hillside terrain. Persistent fruit mingled with elegant acidity ensures a lengthy and harmonious finish. The exquisite layering and depth of this wine, along with the careful balance of intensity and finesse, makes it a stunning testament to its terroir. An exceptional white wine replete with opulence and personality.

Tasting Notes

Pale straw colour. Aroma- Intense and pure aromas of fresh passionfruit, and ripe citrus. Notes of dried herbs, mandarin peel and fresh floral notes give intensity to the aromatics. Palate - Powerful, tight and elegant. This wine displays intense ripe fruit flavours of passionfruit and white peach, and tropical fruits with fresh citrus and citrus peel. The palate has intense concentration and generous weight, balanced by an underlying minerality and tight structure to shape a wine with lively tension and textural balance.
