Boasting an intricate flavour profile, it beautifully balances fruitiness from cherries and blackberries with undertones of savoury herbs and spices. Well-integrated tannins lend a smooth finish, while added nuances of floral and earthy notes add complexity. Aged in French oak barrels, it develops a pleasant smoky character over time.
