Product Notes

Bodegas Hermanos Perez Pascuas Vina Pedrosa Cepa Gavilán is a distinguished and elegant wine from Spain. This enchanting, ruby red Tempranillo brims with notes of ripe plum, cherry, and subtle oak, embodying a deep intensity. Skilfully balanced tannins unveil an exquisite structure on the palate, supported by a robust, yet smooth finish. Its harmonious complexity imparts a stunning marriage of fruit and matured tannins, gently aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels. Delightfully postured for any sophisticated occasion, this wine truly encapsulates a blend of modern and traditional winemaking prowess. Unquestionably, a remarkable testament to Spanish viticulture.

Tasting Notes

Tempranillo, there's loads of creamy, spicy, vanilla-rich American oak on this, minty, bright and infusing with the ripe blackcurranty fruit. The palate has lovely dry savouriness, the delicious ripeness of the fruit floods the tongue, the slick, ripe tannins and cherry-skin grip of roughening acidity are lovely, all buttressed by that spice and creamy oak
