On the palate, it exhibits an opulent mélange of Christmas spices, dried fruits, and chocolate indulgence, stitched delicately with a captivating sweetness. Each sip reveals a pleasing depth of flavour, echoing the robust history of the Campbell’s vineyard. Hailing from Victoria, Australia, this exquisite dessert wine is a testament to traditional winemaking excellence, redefining the tasting experience for ardent wine connoisseurs.

Tasting Notes

COLOUR - Deep mahogany brown, with olive hues. BOUQUET - Intense raisin fruit with nutty ‘aged oak’ complexity, which only comes from very lengthy maturation in oak casks. PALATE - The ultimate in intensity. Raisined sweetness explodes on the front of the palate. Complex nutty flavours flow through the full length of the palate and the drying tannin finish lingers for many minutes.
