Product Notes

Cleto Chiarli Vecchia Modena Lambrusco Sorbara is a vintage Italian wine from the Emilia-Romagna region. It boasts a vivacious ruby colour and a complex yet inviting aroma with hints of strawberries and violets. Its taste mirrors the flair of sour cherry, accentuated with a delightful acidity and a tinge of fizziness. This Lambrusco showcases a perfect balance between tanginess and sweetness, offering a pleasing and soft finish. Extraordinary with Parmesan cheese, it truly represents the traditional excellence of rustic Italian winemaking. Enjoy the Vecchia Modena Lambrusco Sorbara for its delightful bouquet, harmonious taste, and crispness.

Tasting Notes

Deep ruby red, with a light and colored froth. The nose reveals notes of wild berries and blackberries. On the palate it is vigorous, deep, characterized by a nice freshness. The powerful acidity accompanies and balances the salinity flavor making the taste vertical but at the same time full. Vecchia Modena Premium is a pretty, pinkish red color with rosy florals that give way to wild strawberry and hints of tangerine. This is finely etched and full of salty tension, peppering the senses with mineral-tinged cherries and savory spice. It leaves the mouth salivating for more through the long tart-berry finale.
