Product Notes

The Cobb H. Klopp Vineyard Chardonnay is a prestigious wine striking a perfect balance between elegance and richness. Hailing from pastoral California, it possesses a beautiful light golden hue, with a luxuriant nose of citrus, white peach, and toasted brioche. The palate is splendidly full-bodied, seamlessly marrying flavours of ripe pear and lemon curd with hints of vanilla. The finish is notably long and mesmerising with bursts of crisp apple and refreshing minerality. Expertly aged, this Chardonnay offers a delightfully complex profile, ideal for the discerning wine aficionado seeking a taste of the extraordinary.

Tasting Notes

The 2018 H. Klopp Chardonnay is a gorgeous Sonoma Coast Chardonnay. Bright and punchy, with tons of energy the 2018 bristles with so much nuance. Tangerine oil, mint, marzipan and white flowers all open over time. The 2018 nicely balances richer and more vibrant Chardonnay notes. In 2018 the Cobb Chardonnay is all Mount Eden Clone. Drinking window: 2022 – 2028
