Product Notes

Revered for its fruitiness, Codorníu Anna de Codorníu Blanc de Noirs Cava is a delightful Spanish sparkling wine with an intricate blend of intensity and freshness. Delivering delicate hints of cherry and strawberry, this full-bodied Cava's depth of flavour is enhanced by a creamy, polished finish. The ageing process of 15 months in cellars lends this exquisitely crafted wine its vibrant character. The elegant golden bottle speaks to the quality inside, making the Blanc de Noirs perfect for celebrating special occasions or simply savouring alongside a refined meal. Enjoy the fine bubbles and embrace the richness of this truly exceptional Cava.

Tasting Notes

Blanc de Noirs, made from Pinot Noir grapes, given away by the wine’s subtle amber hues. The fruit reaches the winery at a low temperature and is quickly and gently pressed so as to avoid the ‘must’ picking up too much colour from the skins. Made by the Traditional Method and aged for a minimum of nine months. Shows notes of red fruits on the nose; the palate also offers up gooseberry and blackberry alongside a minerally character.
