Product Notes

De Trafford Elevation 393 wine offers a luxurious experience for the palate. Produced in the Stellenbosch wine region of South Africa, its bouquet is rich in layered complexity with notes of cassis, spice, and bold dark fruit. The palate mirrors the nose, with dense fruit, a balanced acidity, mature tannins and a long, smooth finish. This red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Shiraz is extremely well-crafted, showing remarkable maturity and elegance. Aged in oak barrels, Elevation 393 truly reflects the terroir and meticulous wine-making approach of the De Trafford estate.

Tasting Notes

Medium deep, bright red colour. Red berries, cherries and spicy tomato paste nose with a little fynbos character. Some blueberry and black currant too, with well integrated new French oak. Bright red fruit and spice palate and a lovely fine texture. The rich, but refined berry fruit ofCabernet Sauvignon and Merlot make up the core with the wonderful spice of the Syrah andCabernet Franc adding another dimension. Enjoy with duck, charcuterie and most roast meat.Drink now to 2030.
