Product Notes

The Deovlet Zotovich Family Vineyard Chardonnay is classic Californian wine, possessing a full-bodied profile. There's an enticing aurora of tropical fruits, pronounced citrus and delectable honeycomb. The palate is sublimely balanced, teaming vibrant acidity with luscious fruitiness, rounded with hints of vanilla and buttery oak. It is a wine contemplative, complex and seemingly ageless, reflecting the winemaker's commitment to quality and varietal integrity. Simply stunning, this Chardonnay is a fine testament to California's winemaking prowess. Ideal for grand occasions or simply to savour with delectable meals. A wonderful salute to the passion of the Zotovich family.

Tasting Notes

Bright and beaming, with energetic acidity, plenty of zip and crisp saline minerality. Absolutely pure, no hint of reduction, meyer lemon, citrus rind, lively and driving. This is at the racy and lacy end of the spectrum, but very pure and direct with a driving finish. As it sits in the glass notes of white flowers, vétiver, lemon zest, Jasmine and salty toasted nuts appear.

Established in 2008, Deovlet Wines is a small-production, boutique winery located in the picturesque region of San Luis Obispo County, California. Named after its founding winemaker Ryan Deovlet, the winery’s motto is to produce “site specific” wines that mirror the terroir’s unique character and charm.
