Deovlet Zotovich Family Vineyard Pinot Noir is an exceptional wine that embodies indulgent sophistication. Carefully crafted in the scenic Santa Barbara County, California, it boasts a vibrant ruby hue that invites you to explore the elegant aromas of ripe cherry, raspberry and subtle spice. On the palate, the taste unfolds with layers of succulent fruit, nuanced oak, and earth, intricately balanced to offer both richness and silky finesse. Tasting Notes

Fragrant with earthy cherry notes, a touch of florality, savoury stoniness, a touch of pine cone, black tea - this is strikingly aromatic. Very red fruited on the palate, yet with a note of something subtly savoury. Still quite tight this nevertheless has lovely flow, with fine grained, sleek, crystalline fruit that you sense is just waiting to open up. At just 13% abv this is very alive and snappy yet also has some texture and the promise of more. Very fine intensity. And brilliant fruit. Intellectually stimulating, full of energy, yet also very easy to drink

Deovlet

Established in 2008, Deovlet Wines is a small-production, boutique winery located in the picturesque region of San Luis Obispo County, California. Named after its founding winemaker Ryan Deovlet, the winery’s motto is to produce “site specific” wines that mirror the terroir’s unique character and charm.
