Product Notes

Domaine Berthoumieu Madiran Constance is a full-bodied red wine from South West France. Highly revered for its deeply intense purple hue, the wine proffers a complex bouquet of rich black fruits, spices and a hint of cocoa. It has a lasting palate with well-structured tannins and a balanced acidity, making for a harmonious finish. Its robust character lends itself perfectly to pair with hearty meat dishes. This Madiran is a result of meticulous vinification of Tannat grapes, grown on vines aged up to fifty years old, adding notable intensity and depth to the wine’s overall character.

Tasting Notes

Dark garnet color. The nose reveals frank notes of blackcurrant, blackberry and raspberry accompanied by fine spicy notes. On the palate, this wine is generous and aromatic. Its well-integrated tannins are velvety. A cuvée that combines typicity and modernity.
