Domain Dominique Piron Chenas Quartz wine is a vivid, crimson-red tipple embodying the richness of French winemaking traditions. This vintage from the Beaujolais region is a distinct Cru Beaujolais with a pure, concentrated body. With a strong quartz presence in its vineyard, its mineral character elegantly balances the fruitiness of the Gamay grape, offering a flavour bouquet of cherry and blackcurrant. Its voluptuous, almost silky mouthfeel doesn't overpower the bright, red fruit notes. Reflecting the aromas, it lingers beautifully on the palate, leaving a long, fruit-filled finish. The name of this cuvée suggests a pronounced minerality mingling aromas of lilac, peony or even peach. This very balanced wine has a rather floral attack on the palate and before revealing mature tannins. It is a very complex and elegant wine. The finish is tight with almost salinity.

Their grape varietals are primarily Gamay and Chardonnay, cultivated with passion and care that reflects in the wine's distinctive flavour profiles.
