Tasting Note
Bright pale gold with an expressive nose of white peach, ripe pear and citrus, layered with white flowers, subtle brioche and a touch of hazelnut. The palate is generous and silky, combining ripe white and stone fruits with a fine creamy texture. Fresh acidity and chalky minerality provide excellent tension, developing into a distinctly saline, mouth-watering finish with lingering citrus and mineral notes.
Product Notes
Domaine Robert-Denogent's Mâcon-Villages Les Sardines is a superb French white wine crafted meticulously in Burgundy. The wine is primarily Chardonnay, revealing a lustrous golden hue. It greets the palate with a harmonious fusion of ripe fruit flavours, including hints of pear, apple, and slight undertones of tropical fruits. A lick of honeyed richness compliments a crisp and clean finish. The wine exhibits refreshing minerality and subtle oaky nuances. Crafted from mature vines and bottled unfiltered, it captures the true essence of the terroir. Best enjoyed chilled, this is true taste of artisanal French winemaking.
