The 2019 Vénus blend opens with a reductive, slightly smoky nose featuring burnt-match and pie‑crust aromas layered with flinty minerality. On the palate, you’ll find bright lemon rind and a lanolin-like texture reminiscent of classic Chenin styles, providing a gently austere but beautifully focused experience. Though reserved now, it rewards time and decanting—showing elegance, structure, and a long aging arc that unfolds through the early 2030's.
