Product Notes

Dow's Late Bottled Vintage (LBV) wine is a marvellously robust offering, possessing a rich garnet hue. Woven with the allure of ripe dark fruits, particularly black cherry, it layers on notes of dark chocolate and spice. The texture is seductive; silken yet full-bodied, presenting an exquisite balance of sweetness and acidity. Maturation in seasoned oak casks lends it a distinctive complexity. Elevated alcohol content offers a warming palate, complemented by a sublime finish reminiscent of toasted almonds. Lavishly packaged, Dow's LBV wine is a stunning selection for the discerning oenophile, enjoyed with a host of fine cuisines or a fine cigar.

Tasting Notes

Deep purple with an opaque centre. Fresh, exuberant aromas of red and black fruits, mint and liquorice preface a broad palate of fruits of the forest with undertones of schist and firm, yet supple tannins. The well-toned structure combines sumptuous flavours with grip, ending with a long spicy finish.
