Tasting Note

Ruby-red colour with a layer of violet hints, the nose displays red pepper notes, with some sweet tones reminiscent of figs and cranberry, all framed by toasted notes and some clove. The palate is spicy, with notes of black fruits, figs, graphite and red pepper. A wine whose structure and texture highlight the typical appearance of the variety with fine-grained tannins, with a very smooth and pleasant palate.

Product Notes

Errazuriz Estate Carmenère wine oozes elegance from Chile's prestigious Aconcagua Valley. This ruby red wonder boasts a sophisticated blend of fruity and spicy flavours. It whispers notes of ripe blackberries, cherries, intermingled with hints of spices and truffle, courtesy of ageing in French oak barrels. Its voluptuous body couples graciously with velvety tannins, providing a luxurious texture and a lingering finish on the palate. Perfectly balanced, it compliments meaty dishes especially well. With each bottle, you can savour the legacy of the Errazuriz family, renowned for pioneering premium winemaking in Chile since 1870. Certainly a delightful addition to any wine cellar.
