The STELLA is an elegant, site-driven Syrah co-fermented with a small portion of Viognier, offering an expressive bouquet of raspberry jelly, smoked meat, sun-dried herbs and wild fynbos. The palate is layered and complex, revealing ripe mulberry, black fig and blackberry, complemented by cracked black pepper, cinnamon bark and a subtle lift of citrus rind. Fine, velvety tannins provide structure and balance, while careful oak maturation adds depth without overpowering the fruit. Bright acidity carries the wine through a long, concentrated finish filled with dark berries, spice and a touch of citrus oil, creating a refined and age-worthy wine with exceptional freshness and persistence.
