Tasting Note

Dark cherry color with garnet rim. Intense nose of black fruit, licorice, light toasted, vanilla, spices, mineral and balsamic notes. Good acidity, with great balance of fruit & oak. Persistent and harmonious finish.

Bodega Protos Ribera Del Duero Reserva is an exquisite Spanish wine expertly crafted by one of Ribera Del Duero's oldest wineries. This wine boasts a deep cherry colour, intriguing complexity and a soothing velvety texture. Aromatic hints of red-black fruits harmoniously blend with cocoa, spice and cedar notes, enhancing its luxurious appeal. On the palate, it presents a perfect balance of well-integrated tannins and acidity, culminating in a long, elegant finish. Aged for 18 months in oak barrels, this splendid Reserva exudes maturity and finesse, making it a perfect accent to red meats, game and mature cheeses.
