Tasting Note

A nose that is both generous, with white and yellow fruits such as vine peach, and warm thanks to subtle notes of roasted hazelnuts and mocha. In mouth, round attack, notes of candied citrus fruits transport us towards a beautiful freshness. The notes of custard cream are maintained by the lemony tension for a harmonious finish.

Product Notes

Renowned for its superb elegance, Champagne Paul Goerg Premier Cru Blanc de Blancs wine is a hidden gem among aficionados. Produced in Vertus, France, it's predominantly crafted from the Chardonnay grape, giving a fresh, citrusy profile. The wine boasts a sparkling gold hue, inviting a nose of pear, honey, and white flowers. It possesses a fine complexity revealed by a balanced acidity that intertwines gracefully with a buttery richness in the mouth. The finish is surprisingly long and imbued with soft minerality. Premier Cru Blanc de Blancs is undoubtedly a testament to the mastery of Paul Goerg's wine-making tradition.
