Product Notes

Chateau Changyu Moser XV Family Cabernet Sauvignon Blanc de Noir is an exotic treat from China's oldest and most revered winery. This elegant, unique, white Cabernet Sauvignon mesmerises with its fragility and resilience. Pale gold in colour, it enchants with an unexpected nose of tropical passionfruit and delicate rose petals. The palate is crisp yet complex, offering notes of ripe pear, honeydew melon, and a refreshingly zesty finish. A divine embodiment of East meets West, this wine transcends borders in every sip, rendering it a must-try for avid oenophiles and novices alike. Don't miss this thrilling foray into Chinese viniculture.

Tasting Notes

Very pale salmon colour. Fully ripe grapes. Very vinous nose. Masses of fruit and only the merest hint of fermentation aromas. Apparently 1.7 g/l residual sugar but it tastes more. High extract because berries are very small. Real mouthful of charming fruit.
