Product Notes

DeLoach Russian River Valley Pinot Noir is a US West Coast wine that distinguishes itself with sheer sophistication. This American red wine offers an alluring bouquet of rich dark fruits, hints of wild strawberry and a suggestion of forest floor. The palate is smooth and well-rounded, showcasing decadent flavours of raspberry, plum, and cherry, mingled with a pinch of earthy spice. A careful balance is struck between sweet fruit and full-bodied tannins, offering an exquisitely long and intricate finish. Sip it alongside a well-aged cheddar or robust red meat for a spellbinding sensory experience.

About the Winery

DeLoach

DeLoach vineyards, nestled in the heart of Sonoma Valley, California, offers a superb range of award-winning wines with a distinctive character, an embodiment of the refined taste of its founders, Cecil and Christine DeLoach.

Incorporated in 1975, DeLoach was among the pioneers who showcased the rich potential of Sonoma County’s Russian River Valley as a wine-producing region. They quickly gained renown for their sophisticated Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines. Their swift rise to prominence is partly attributed to their attention to detail and a deep-rooted belief in sustainable farming. By blending the art of traditional winemaking with modern innovation, DeLoach has consistently excelled in producing unique, flavour-filled wines that reflect their geographical origin.

In 2003, the Boisset family from Burgundy, France, took over the administration of DeLoach. The organically farmed DeLoach winery is now held by Jean-Charles Boisset who has infused his family’s long-standing biodynamic philosophies and holistic winemaking practices into operations; pushing the envelope for environmentally friendly viticulture.

Upon visiting the 20-acre DeLoach estate, one is welcomed by a sensory array of vibrant flowers and a variety of plants, which not only maintain the health of the soil but also create a stunning visual landscape. Tasting tours present an opportunity to indulge in their exquisite creations—from their Estate Pinot Noir, with its enticing complexity of flavours, to their refreshing and elegantly smooth Chardonnay.

Stored in such a way to maintain their luxurious, textured feel and delicate balance of aroma DeLoach wines age gracefully into a symphony of taste. Visitors may also participate in an array of immersive wine experiences for a closer understanding of DeLoach's commitment to creating transcendental wines

Among the rich mosaic of Californian vineyards DeLoach, proliferates as a beacon for sustainable wine refinement; it continues to captivate the palates of wine connoisseur's worldwide.
