For several generations now, the Defaix family have been passionately cultivating their vineyard nestled in the picturesque region of Chablis, France. Established in the 1950s, the Domaine Bernard Defaix winery has steeped itself in two core values: tradition and innovation. The winery now covers more than twenty-five hectares and each vine is meticulously tended to in order to produce extraordinary wines reflecting the elegant and pure characteristics of this renowned region.

Sustainability is at the heart of their philosophy. The Defaix family are meticulous in their approach, using environmentally-friendly farming methods to preserve the vineyard and its unique terroir.
