Product Notes

Domaine Paul Pillot Bourgogne Blanc is a charming French white wine originating from Southern Burgundy's esteemed vineyards. Displaying a brilliant gold colour, this wine exudes aromatic notes of fresh green apple, citrus and white flowers. A beautifully balanced Burgundy, it combines a vibrant acidity with a graceful minerality, producing a lively palate. Lingering flavours of ripe fruits and subtle hints of vanilla with a dash of oak complexity lend it a delectable finish. This Bourgogne Blanc is certainly an epitome of elegance and enjoyment, making it a delightful choice for wine enthusiasts.

Tasting Notes

A lot of substance here for a Bourgogne. Tactile, smooth-textured flavours of melted butter and roasted nut character, encircled by crisp, fresh citrus fruits. Plenty of wine for the money. A beautifully-made, accomplished Bourgogne from the Chassagne and Remigny communes aged in 8% new oak barrels.
