Domaine Taupenot-Merme Gevrey-Chambertin is an exquisite French wine that marvellously combines subtlety and power. Produced in Burgundy, renowned for its exceptional wines, this Gevrey-Chambertin exemplifies the region's finesse. Possessing a vibrant crimson hue, it unveils an intoxicating bouquet of ripe red cherries and earthy undertones. The robust yet sophisticated palate displays exquisite structure, mingled with rounded tannins and balanced acidity. Its finish, long and graceful, invites for further enjoyment. This sumptuous, well-crafted wine splendidly represents Domaine Taupenot-Merme's commitment to authenticity and quality, and is truly a delight for any connoisseur.

Tasting Notes

Mid cherry red. Sweet and red-fruited and intoxicating on the nose. Floral and has a Chambolle perfume but also a floral quality. Silky and sweet in its tannins, very gentle but with great depth of fruit. Long too.
