Product Notes

The Grace Koshu Hishiyama Private Reserve is an exquisite Japanese wine that exudes a delicate fusion of citrus and floral notes. Sourced from the scenic Hishiyama vineyards, this refined wine is uniquely aromatic, offering hints of white peach and a subtle whisper of jasmine. The palate is elegantly light, boasting a crisp acidity, complemented by a sophisticated mineral tone, that reveals an impressive depth of flavour. With a serene, light straw hue, the wine exhibits an inviting, soft gloss. Grace Koshu is truly a testimony of Japan's prowess in winemaking—a perfect companion for a discerning palate.

Tasting Notes

Complex and layered aromas of green apple and lime are complemented by grassy notes, fennel, wet stone, flint and spicy hints of coriander. This is bone dry and smooth on the tightly knitted palate with a tongue-tensing, firm acidity enveloping the fruit through to a deliciously fresh and textured finish.
