Pale lemon with golden hues, the wine opens with lifted aromas of grapefruit, white peach and orange, layered with almond, clover blossom and hints of lychee, custard apple and creamed honey. The palate is bright and expressive, showing lemon curd, peach and floral honey notes, balanced by crisp Granny Smith apple texture, refreshing acidity and excellent length.
