Tasting Note
This Pinot Gris from two Moorooduc vineyards on the Mornington Peninsula has subtle hints of citrus fruits, pineapple and baked pear on the nose and palate.
Product Notes
Moorooduc Estate Pinot Gris is a delicately crafted Australian wine emanating from the bountiful vineyards of Mornington Peninsula, Victoria. This rich, full-bodied wine boasts a golden hue, presenting an attractive nose of ripe pears and apples, with hints of honeysuckle and spice. The palate is succulently layered, expressing flavours of stone fruit, melon and a touch of oak. It is well balanced with crisp acidity, providing a lingering finish. This limited production Pinot Gris pairs perfectly with light pasta dishes, mildly spiced foods or a creamy cheese platter. Definitely a treat for an adventurer palate.
