Tasting Note
Pale yellow with some green reflections. Aromatically this is so very intense. Fresh fruits, aromatic herbs and touches of anise. In the mouth it is well balanced, fresh, enveloping. This is a complex, long lasting wine, nice, with a marked varietal personality.

Perelada Només Garnatxa Blanca is a distinguished Spanish wine from the Empordà region, known for its rich flavours and aromatic intensity. This single varietal wine exhibits crisp notes of green apple, pear, and exotic fruit. Made exclusively from white Grenache grapes, it's characterised by a beautiful pale yellow colour with golden hues. Its balanced acidity complements its fruity sweetness perfectly, delivering an elegant finish. Matured in fine lees for four months, this offering from Perelada's exquisite range has a smooth, textured mouthfeel. It's a delightful accompaniment to seafood, white meat, and cheese.
