The palate is an enchanting blend of dark fruits coupled with a tantalising mineral edge and a smoky finish. It's made from Sangiovese grapes, aged to perfection for a beautifully balanced wine. A moderate tannin structure complements its vibrant acidity, creating an enduring, satisfying finish. Ideal with a hearty beef stew or strong cheeses, this wine can age elegantly over the next 5-10 years, allowing its rich flavours to mellow and harmonise. Owned by Austrians Andrea and Hannes Spielberger, Pinino winery spanning over 20 hectares was established in 1874, making it one of Montalcino’s oldest wine estates. The property presents an impeccable blend of nature's luxury and man-made perfection.

The rich diversity of its vineyards has enabled Pinino to produce an impressive variety of wines from Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes. Pinino is most famously known for its Brunello di Montalcino label.
